This brand sends a great message to younger woman and being a brand that they are able to trust. These values link in with the essence of the brand connecting with their consumers emotions and feelings linking with their brands values in which their consumers can relate or agree with. Looking at Oh polly and identifying how they manifest these in reality, oh polly completes these in a number of different ways. One way in which they do this is using celebrities or influencers that provide a good image for the brand and which can connect and market to their target consumer, another way in which they do this is packaging, providing customers with and aesthetically expensive packaging encouraging their consumer to post on social media and making their consumer feel happy and special once ordered from their brand provide with long term loyal customers.
